Our friendly and experienced Lodge Host will add to your Snowy Mountains holiday experience by providing invaluable sources of information on Kosciuszko National Park, the Snowy Mountains and Perisher Ski Resort.
Guest Only Perisher Accommodation
We're a little different at Valhalla Lodge. We're a family owned commercial ski lodge that offers guest only Perisher accommodation, perfect for the whole family.
That means we have no members, no public patrons, no noisy bars nor walk through traffic. We are a licensed premises but we waiter serve drinks, so your whole family will feel welcome and relaxed in all areas of our beautiful lodge.
Outside of ski season we offer exclusive use of our chalet for your small group.
Relaxing King or Twin Ensuite Rooms
Experience comfort and space in our superior king ensuite rooms, designed for your relaxation. Choose between a luxurious king bed or two single beds. Each guestroom has a private ensuite, ample luggage space, central heating, and opening windows, linens, towels, a hairdryer, and luxurious eucalyptus soap and shampoo from the Snowy Mountains.
Your room embodies traditional alpine lodge charm, ideal for unwinding. Please note that there are no televisions, kitchenettes, or minibars in guestrooms, encouraging guests to socialise in our common areas while taking in the stunning views and enjoying the inviting alpine atmosphere.

The Lounge Room
Our spacious, sunny lounge room offers breathtaking floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of Perisher Valley and Perisher Ski Resort. Each afternoon, enjoy our chef’s choice snacks while relaxing with friends, family, or fellow guests. Taste local craft beers, schnapps, wines, cocktails ora warm mead, reminiscent of Viking traditions.
The lounge room is the ideal spot to unwind after an adventurous day—relax by the fire, share stories, and watch the sun set over the mountains.
The Dining Room
Our cosy dining room boasts spectacular views of the resort and valley, making it an ideal spot to plan your day. As part of our classic lodge-style accommodation, dining plays a significant role in your Valhalla Experience. Dining at Valhalla Perisher feels like dining out but without the inconvenience of leaving the lodge. . We have four long tables that are arranged according to guest numbers.
Mt Perisher Games Room
This separate space features a table tennis table and smart tv. It's a great room to kick back in with views over Mt Perisher, Perisher Resort and beyond. It's also perfect for early dining kids to chill out in, play some games or watch a movie while the adults enjoy a child free dining experience in the adjoining dining room.
Please note that babysitting is not included.
Gear and Drying Rooms
Dry your gear overnight and store your skis, boots and boards in our drying rooms which are conveniently located right near the front door and are open for your use year round.

Valhalla Lodge is located in a remote location with extreme weather conditions. We serve a set menu. Advance notice is required to cater for food allergies or special dietary requirements. Unfortunately, we cannot cater dietary preferences.

Adults dinner (12yrs+) is at 6:30pm in our dining room. All guests eat together, mountain lodge style.
We serve table d'hòte (set) 3 course dinners in ski season and (set) 2 course dinners in summer season.

After an amazing day in the Snowy Mountains, here's your chance to sit back and unwind mountain lodge style.
Chat, laugh and enjoy a quiet drink with fellow guests with a delicious chef choice après snack or Valhalla Koldtbord each afternoon from 5pm.
Help yourself to complimentary tea, coffee, water. Other drinks can be ordered at charge from our wait staff.

5:30pm Kids Dinner
Included Year Round
A child friendly 2 course meal (main and dessert) is served at 5pm for ALL children 11 yrs and under.
We ask that children are properly supervised in the dining room at all meal times by their parents or carers.
Over 12’s may join the children’s meal by arrangement, prior to arrival at the lodge.
Salad or vegetables are served with every child's meal and accompany foods like pasta, skewers, schnitzel, baked dinners, steak, chicken and pizza.
Lunch & Morning Tea

For summer season holidays (out of ski season) we include delicious packed lunches and morning tea snacks, in easy to carry cooler bags.
For corporate escapes and other celebration weekends we can include a sandwich platters or similar.
Note lunch and morning tea snacks are only provided for summer season bookings. Our kitchen is closed for lunches in winter season.
