2021 Early Bird Booking Policy
Early Bird Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received prior to 31st March, there will be no refunds of the 5% holding deposit, however the 5% holding deposit can be used as a credit towards a future reservation.
If notice is given after 31st March and more than 8 weeks prior to check in, your deposit will be refunded less a $100 per person fee which can be used as a credit towards a future reservation.
If 2 - 8 weeks notice is received prior to check in, a $100 per person fee will apply. The balance of your deposit (50% of total booking) will not be refunded but can be used as a credit towards a future reservation.
If 48 hours - 2 weeks notice is received prior to check in, the deposit (50% of total booking) will not be refunded and no credits will apply. If you have paid in full, the balance will be refunded less deposit.
If less than 48 hours notice is received prior to check in, no refunds will be given.
Guests vacating the premises before the completion of their reserved period will not be entitled to any refund.
We offer a bed and half board package deal. There are no reductions or refunds for meals or transfers or other components included in the package.

Child Policy
Pre-booking is essential. Extra kids/infants/babies will not be accommodated upon check in. Extra beds are limited, additional costs are involved.
Child discounts apply for kids 16 years and under
Children under 11 years and under are served a 2 course kid friendly dinner at 6pm
Children 12 years and over are served a 3 course adults meal at 7pm
Older children can opt for the 6pm kids meal for the duration of their stay, by prior arrangement, Younger children can opt for the 7pm adults dinner for the duration of their stay, by prior arrangement
