Standard Booking Policy For Direct Bookings
- FOR BOOKINGS MADE 6 WEEKS+ (43 Days) PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
- 10% deposit is required upon reservation.
- Balance due 5 weeks prior to arrival.
- Bookings are not guaranteed unless paid in full 5 weeks prior to arrival.
- FOR BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 6 WEEKS (0 - 42 Days) PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
- FULL PAYMENT is required upon booking.
- Bookings are not guaranteed unless paid in full.
Standard Cancellation Policy For Direct Bookings
- If notice is given more than 8 weeks (57 days+) prior to check in: deposit will be refunded less $50 administration fee.
- If 5 - 8 weeks (36 days - 56 days) notice is received prior to check in: loss of deposit.
- If 2 - 5 weeks (14 days - 35 days) notice is received prior to check in: loss of 50% of booking total
- If less than 2 weeks (13 days or less) notice is received prior to check in: no refund will be given
- Guests checked in and vacating the premises before the completion of their reserved period will not be entitled to any refund. There are no reductions or refunds for any unneeded/unused ski transfers, meals or other components included in the package.
Flexible Amendment Policy/ Date Changes For Direct Bookings
- Date changes made at least 4 weeks prior to original arrival date are permitted, free of charge.
- Rebooking prices will be subject to availability and rates of the new dates selected.
- Date changes made 2 - 4 weeks prior to arrival will be permitted subject to date resale, with a cancellation fee of 50% applied if rebook of your room/s is unsuccessful, or a $50 amendment fee if resale is successful.
- Date changes inside 2 weeks of arrival are not permitted.
Summer Group Booking Policy
- FOR BOOKINGS MADE 6 WEEKS+ (43 Days) PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
- $500 deposit is required within 7 days of reservation.
- 6 weeks prior to arrival, guest numbers and dietaries required.
- 5 weeks prior to arrival, balance due.
Summer Group Cancellation Policy
- If notice is given more than 8 weeks (57 days+) prior to check in: deposit will be refunded less $50 administration fee.
- If 3 - 8 weeks (22 days - 56 days) notice is received prior to check in: loss of deposit.
- If 0 - 3 weeks (0 - 21 days) notice is received prior to check in: there will be no refunds.
- Guests checked in and vacating the premises before the completion of their reserved period will not be entitled to any refund. There are no reductions or refunds for any unneeded/unused meals or other components included in the package.
Ski Season Early Bird Bonus
- Book by 15 December for the following ski season to receive 1 x $50 per room food and beverage voucher for use during your stay with us.
- The early bird bonus credit will be applied to your bar/honesty bill upon check out.

We strongly recommend taking out a travel insurance policy to cover you for any unforeseen circumstances, including COVID.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We are not linked to Perisher Ski Resort. There is more to experience in Perisher Valley and enjoy on your holiday with us than just ski or board at a Resort. We will not be refunding for cancellations due to Perisher Resort closure or the inability to obtain lift tickets. Other activities include back country / beyond the resort skiing and boarding, snow shoeing, hiking, cross country skiing, ski touring, scenic flights, and various other activities and tours. Our local partners are ready to take you on exciting adventures, ask us for more details.
Bookings Made Through A Third Party
Please check your booking and cancellation policy with your booking agent/platform for non-direct bookings.
Tariff is inclusive of GST.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
