We are required by NSW Health to record all guest names with a mobile phone number or email address. These records will be stored for 28 days after departure confidentially and securely and only used for the purpose of tracking Covid-19 infections
If you, or anyone in your group or family, have any cold or flu-like symptoms prior to arriving at Valhalla, please do not come. Give us a call on 02 9523 4885 and cancel. We will refund your paid accommodation tariff.
If you arrive after the 7.30pm (7pm) skitube you will miss our dinner service so please eat en-route as there are very limited dining options on the mountain. No refunds will be given for missed dinners.
If you arrive after midnight there is a $110 call out fee for your oversnow transfer. This is charged by Hans Oversnow and payable directly them at the time of transfer.
Please note that skitube tickets must now be purchased online prior to arrival day.
