If you, or anyone in your group or family, have any cold or flu-like symptoms prior to arriving at Valhalla, please do not come. Give us a call on 02 9523 4885 and cancel. We will refund your paid accommodation tariff.
Arrivals after 6pm from Monday to Thursday must be pre-organised.
If you arrive any day after the 7.30pm (7pm) skitube you will miss our dinner service. Please eat en-route, options are very limited on mountain. No refunds are available for missed dinners.
Midnight surcharges of $110 apply. This is charged by Hans Oversnow and payable directly them at the time of transfer.
